本数据为智能动力单元早期故障测试数据集,测试地点为浙江大学机械工程学院,感知采集设备采用自研多通道感知采集设备,测试了智能动力单元在健康状态、关键摩擦副轻度磨损、关键摩擦副中度磨损、关键摩擦副重度磨损工况下的缸体振动数据,该数据集对应考核指标表的“6:动力单元智能诊断和寿命预测系统”之“6.1 状态检测与诊断模块”与“6.2 故障诊断准确率”,且为后续故障诊断方法研究提供了依据和指导。数据量4.49Mb。
This is an early fault test dataset for intelligent power units. The test was conducted at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University, and utilized a self-developed multi-channel sensing and data acquisition device. This dataset collected cylinder block vibration data of intelligent power units under four operating conditions: healthy state, slight, moderate, and severe wear of key friction pairs. It corresponds to the "6.1 Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis Module" and "6.2 Fault Diagnosis Accuracy" under the entry "6: Intelligent Diagnosis and Life Prediction System for Power Units" in the assessment index table, and provides a basis and guidance for subsequent research on fault diagnosis methods. The total size of the dataset is 4.49 Mb.
