DRAMP (Antimicrobial Peptide Database) is an open-access, manually curated database dedicated to antimicrobial peptides. It is developed and maintained by the team led by Dr. Zheng Heng from the Institute of Medical Biotechnology, Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute. The database curates diverse annotated information for antimicrobial peptides, including their sequences, structures, activities, physicochemical properties, patents, clinical data and references. It particularly emphasizes the clinical translation of antimicrobial peptides, and contains unique annotations such as serum stability and protease stability.
