Somatic Hypermutation in transgenic 3BNC117 coding genes of engineered mouse B cells

In order to assess in vivo SHM and clonal expansion among engineered B cells, we used a synonymously re-coded 3BNC117 allele.Cells were engineered as described in Nahmad et al. 2020.为了评估工程化B细胞中的体内体细胞高频突变（Somatic Hypermutation, SHM）与克隆扩增情况，我们使用了经同义重编码的3BNC117等位基因。细胞的工程化操作参照Nahmad等人2020年发表的研究方法进行。
