Gene Scores - Unadjusted - EPVP

Gene scores for selected combinations of phenotypes and SNV-to-gene mappings. These scores are for permuted signals on extragenic SNVs and there are 20 files for each combination (one for each independent permutation). These scores are before adjustment for confounders (that is, the adjustment performed by MAGMA that takes place during execution of MAGMA's gene-set analysis).针对选定的表型与单核苷酸变异（Single Nucleotide Variant, SNV）-基因映射组合的基因评分。此类评分针对基因外SNV上的置换信号，且每种组合对应20个文件（每个独立置换对应一个文件）。此类评分尚未针对混杂因素进行校正，即MAGMA在执行其基因集分析过程中所进行的校正操作。
