高速永磁电机的振动噪声分析与优化

利用SNSYS仿真分析软件对高速永磁电机优化前后主模态固有频率和在额定转速下的噪声级频谱进行建模和仿真分析,通过对永磁电机的初始噪声级频谱进行模态分析,结合改进后的模态分析结果进行对比分析,得到随间距变化的主模态固有频率的变化规律,以及低振动噪声结构的最优化设计方案。
This dataset is established using the SNSYS simulation and analysis software to perform modeling and simulation analysis on the natural frequencies of dominant modes and the sound pressure level spectra at the rated rotational speed of the high-speed permanent magnet motor before and after optimization. Modal analysis is conducted on the initial sound pressure level spectrum of the permanent magnet motor, followed by comparative analysis combined with the improved modal analysis results. Finally, the variation law of natural frequencies of dominant modes with varying spacing, as well as the optimal design scheme for low-vibration and low-noise structures, are derived.
