Energy concept of the Czech Republic

In accordance with Article 7 of Directive (2001/42/EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment (SEA Directive), the Czech Republic has notified the Republic of Austria of the update of the energy concept of the Czech Republic (SEC).依据2001年6月27日欧洲议会与欧盟理事会颁布的《关于对特定计划与方案开展环境影响评估的指令（2001/42/EC）》（战略环境评估指令，SEA Directive）第7条之规定，捷克共和国已就本国能源构想（SEC）的更新事宜，向奥地利共和国进行了通报。
