本数据为智能动力单元疲劳退化故障测试数据集,测试地点为浙江大学机械工程学院,感知采集设备采用自研多通道感知采集设备,测试了智能动力单元在健康状态及三种松靴疲劳退化程度下的壳体振动数据,该数据集对应考核指标表的“6:动力单元智能诊断和寿命预测系统”之“6.1 状态检测与诊断模块”与“6.2 故障诊断准确率”,且为后续故障诊断方法研究提供了依据和指导。数据量35.658Mb。
This is a fatigue degradation fault test dataset for intelligent power units. The test was conducted at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University. A self-developed multi-channel sensing and acquisition device was used for data acquisition. The dataset includes housing vibration data collected from intelligent power units under healthy conditions and three levels of fatigue degradation induced by boot looseness. It corresponds to the items "6.1 Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis Module" and "6.2 Fault Diagnosis Accuracy" under the entry "6: Intelligent Diagnosis and Life Prediction System for Power Units" in the assessment indicator table, and provides a reliable basis and guidance for subsequent research on fault diagnosis methods. The total size of this dataset is 35.658 Mb.
