The dataset includes key accuracy indicators for machine tools: positioning errors of X, Y and Z axes, repeat positioning accuracy, backlash, straightness and squareness errors, as well as temperature compensation coefficients. For each piece of equipment, its main influencing factors (such as guideway wear, lead screw preloading, environmental changes, etc.) and specific optimization suggestions are annotated, forming a complete closed-loop of "detection-diagnosis-suggestion". This dataset is applicable to scenarios such as machine tool condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, machining process optimization and quality control, and can provide reliable data support for equipment health management, accuracy compensation and maintenance decision-making in smart manufacturing.
