妇科肿瘤生物样本库（南京医科大学）

妇科肿瘤遗传资源是指妇科常见肿瘤的组织、血液等样本。本资源库收集南京市妇幼保健院妇产科室宫颈癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、子宫肌瘤等患者的癌组织及其癌旁组织（组织大小约为黄豆大小，癌旁与癌组织切缘相距3cm,卵巢癌除外）和外周血标本（血浆、白细胞和红细胞），并采集所有样本的临床资料，包括年龄、初潮年龄、BMI、既往史以及家族史等。同时采集病理切片信息，应用显微镜—数字化—计算机技术完成每例患者相应的影像采集和保存。本资源库旨在获得中国女性妇科相关肿瘤的精准治疗研究提供实验材料和大样本人群的数据支持。Gynecological tumor genetic resources refer to samples including tissues and blood from common gynecological tumors. This resource repository collects cancerous tissues and their paired peritumoral normal tissues (with a size approximately equal to that of a soybean, and a 3cm margin between the peritumoral tissue and the cancerous tissue, except for ovarian cancer cases) as well as peripheral blood samples (including plasma, leukocytes and erythrocytes) from patients with cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, uterine leiomyoma and other gynecological tumors in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital. Clinical data of all enrolled patients are also collected, including age, age at menarche, BMI, medical history, family history and other relevant information. In addition, information on pathological slides is collected, and microscopy, digitalization and computer-assisted techniques are applied to complete the imaging acquisition and storage for each patient case. This resource repository aims to provide experimental materials and large-scale population data support for precision treatment research on gynecological tumors in Chinese women.
