美国国家癌症研究所癌症治疗与诊断部（Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis，DCTD）建设的癌症研究数据资源汇总入口，集中提供可公开检索或下载的抗癌药物筛选、化合物与化学结构、NCI-60 肿瘤细胞系分子特征、蛋白质组学、医学影像和遗传变异等数据。平台整合 NCI-60 生长抑制数据、体内抗肿瘤实验数据、Proteomic Data Commons、The Cancer Imaging Archive、MutSpliceDB 等多个数据资源，主要服务于癌症药物研发、肿瘤分子机制研究及临床转化研究。A centralized portal for cancer research data resources developed by the Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD) of the U.S. National Cancer Institute. It centrally provides publicly retrievable or downloadable data including anti-cancer drug screening assays, compounds and their chemical structures, molecular characteristics of NCI-60 tumor cell lines, proteomics data, medical imaging data, and genetic variations. The platform integrates multiple data resources such as NCI-60 growth inhibition data, in vivo anti-tumor experimental data, the Proteomic Data Commons, The Cancer Imaging Archive, and MutSpliceDB, and mainly serves cancer drug development, tumor molecular mechanism research, and translational clinical research.
