This dataset is a collection of images of industrial tools with dimensional deviations, covering deviation specification samples for more than 20 categories of commonly used tools such as wrenches, bolts, bearings, gears, and others. Through high-precision image acquisition and actual dimensional measurement, the types of deviations (such as length deviation, width deviation, etc.) and specific deviation values have been annotated. This dataset is designed for training dimensional detection models to recognize the dimensional deviation states of industrial tools, facilitating rapid detection and quantification of tool dimensional deviations, and offering data support for determining dimensional non-conformity in industrial quality inspection.
