数据采集：以安徽比目鱼建筑科技 2021-2024 年重点项目为范围，采集设计至运维筹备阶段的 BIM 模型数据（含三维几何模型等，RFA 格式为主），共 4400 条，均为公司在合肥通过 BIM-Revit 系统自行生产，权属归公司。 数据梳理：经三轮筛选（质量合规初筛留 1748 条、业务价值分层留 238 条、分类抽样留 221 条），同步核验归档与命名规范性，根据建筑行业进行按专业分类。 数据开发：输出《BIM 目录流程图（优化版）》《命名样例数据表》，目标实现 BIM 模型标准化管理，支撑复用与协同。 本数据集为bim模型数据集，数据格式详见数据说明
Data Collection: Taking the key projects of Anhui Flounder Building Technology Co., Ltd. from 2021 to 2024 as the scope, BIM model data from the design phase to the operation preparation phase were collected, including 3D geometric models and other contents, mainly in RFA format, with a total of 4400 entries. All data were independently developed by the company in Hefei using the BIM-Revit system, and all rights belong to the company. Data Curation: Three rounds of screening were conducted: 1748 entries were retained after initial quality compliance screening, 238 entries were retained after business value stratification, and 221 entries were retained after classified sampling. Meanwhile, the standardization of archiving and naming was verified, and the data was classified by profession in accordance with the construction industry. Data Development: The "BIM Catalog Flowchart (Optimized Version)" and "Naming Sample Data Sheet" were developed, aiming to achieve standardized management of BIM models and support model reuse and cross-team collaboration.
