This dataset is extracted from seven high-rise residential BIM models and consists of 2,677 door samples. Each door is labeled based on its function: 217 Exit doors, 361 Apartment Exit doors, and the remaining classified as Non-Exit. The dataset includes 13 features capturing geometric, spatial, and connectivity-related attributes designed to support automated door classification for fire safety compliance checking. Revit API is used to extract the data.
