型槽尺寸为15 m×6 m×5 m(长、高、宽),可用于测试不同类型的轨道结构与周围土体环境的相互作用。列车运行加载控制系统用于模拟不同车型、不同列车速度、不同线路状况与轨道谱下的列车移动荷载,该装置可实现轴重高达20吨,车速高达360 km/h的运行能力,基本覆盖了我国现有高速铁路的所有运行能力,单次试验可实现上百万次列车运行加载过程,可以模拟沪宁城际5~10年的运营量。监测和测试系统还包含了速度传感器、加速度传感器、激光位移传感器等多种传感器,可详细记录列车荷载引起的轨道及轨道周边土体的振动特性。前期试验结果表明该试验装置能真实地反映不同列车运行速度条件下轨道结构和路基以及下部地基的动力特性。

The test trough has dimensions of 15 m (length) × 6 m (height) × 5 m (width), and is designed to test the interaction between various types of track structures and the surrounding soil environment. The Train Operation Loading Control System is used to simulate train moving loads under different train types, speeds, track conditions and track spectra. This device can support an axle load of up to 20 tons and a maximum running speed of 360 km/h, which basically covers all operating capabilities of existing high-speed railways in China. A single test can realize the loading process of millions of train operation cycles, and can simulate the traffic volume of the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway over 5 to 10 years. The Monitoring and Testing System is equipped with multiple sensors including velocity sensors, acceleration sensors and laser displacement sensors, which can comprehensively record the vibration characteristics of the track and surrounding soil induced by train loads. Preliminary test results show that this test device can accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of track structures, subgrades and underlying foundations under different train operating speeds.
