This dataset is developed for the research, evaluation and verification of thin-film transistor (TFT) in-memory-computing architectures for intelligent sensing applications. It is generated based on the simulation platform of the Laboratory of Nano-Integrated Circuits and Systems, Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University. It mainly records observational data including unit circuit simulation data, neural network accuracy simulation data, and architecture energy efficiency evaluation data, with a total size of 41.7 MB.
