该数据集中的研究报告提出了基于互联网平台/云平台的供应商完全话语权全流程协同、制造商完全话语权全流程协同等 6 种供应商协同模式，分析并提出供需双方话语权及流程覆盖度在协同上的差异及适用场景，为相关供应链协同服务平台的搭建提供理论模式支撑。数据集中的数据文件为该研究报告在研究分析的过程中产生的分析数据，涵盖了1)某制造企业产品情况及对应供应商的能力数据，2)某服务行业不同地点供应商能力及其客户评价数据，为Excel表格、PDF文件，总计7个数据文件，数据量共1.50MB。The research report included in this dataset proposes six supplier collaboration models, namely full bargaining power full-process collaboration for suppliers and full bargaining power full-process collaboration for manufacturers based on Internet or cloud platforms. It analyzes and proposes the differences in collaboration between supply and demand sides in terms of their bargaining power and process coverage, as well as their applicable scenarios, providing theoretical model support for the construction of relevant supply chain collaboration service platforms. The data files in this dataset are the analytical data generated during the research and analysis process of this report, covering two parts: 1) the product information of a specific manufacturing enterprise and the capability data of its corresponding suppliers; 2) the supplier capability data and their customer evaluation data at different locations in a certain service industry. These files are in Excel and PDF formats, with a total of 7 data files and a total size of 1.50 MB.
