Test Data: Record the production order number, test date, fabric name, production process and other relevant information for each lot of oxford fabric. Take three measurements at the left, middle and right positions of the fabric, test their areal weight respectively, and mark them as a, b and c. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the average areal weight and range of the fabric. The average areal weight is calculated as (a+b+c)/3, while the range is the difference between the maximum and minimum areal weight values. 3. The measured areal weight values and average areal weight help enterprises determine whether the product's areal weight meets the compliance standards. The calculation of the range assists enterprises in assessing the stability of production equipment and judging whether equipment parameters need adjustment or maintenance. If the range value is excessively high, timely equipment maintenance is required.
