根据要求,普通胶合板静曲强度多少是产品是否达标的一项重要且强制性标准,静曲强度越高,代表产品的品质越好,本数据对普通胶合板静曲强度作出检测,为企业生产做出参考。1、产品检测:对全桦胶合板进行抽样检测,每次检测样本温度保持在18~22℃,相对湿度60~70%,样本选取两点360mm作为两支座点测量,测量样本宽度和厚度并记录,检测出样本破坏时最大荷载并记录;2、数据处理:静曲强度=3*破坏时最大荷载*两支座间距离360/(2*样本宽度*样本厚度的平方);3、根据GB/T 9846-2015 普通胶合板标准,若样本中静曲强度≥32.0MPa,则认为该样本合格,否则为不合格;4、对普通胶合板静曲强度的检验检测,为企业生产标准化生产做出有效参考。
As required, the modulus of rupture (MOR) of ordinary plywood is a critical and mandatory criterion for judging whether a product meets quality standards. A higher MOR value indicates better product quality. This dataset performs testing on the MOR of ordinary plywood to provide references for enterprise production.
1. Product Testing: Conduct sampling inspections on full birch plywood. During each test, the specimen temperature shall be maintained at 18–22 °C and the relative humidity at 60–70%. Two support points spaced 360 mm apart shall be selected for the specimens. Measure and record the width and thickness of each specimen, as well as the maximum load when the specimen fails.
2. Data Processing: The modulus of rupture is calculated using the formula: MOR = (3 × maximum load at failure × 360 mm) / (2 × specimen width × specimen thickness²).
3. Qualification Judgment: In accordance with Chinese National Standard GB/T 9846-2015: Ordinary Plywood, a specimen is considered qualified if its MOR is ≥32.0 MPa; otherwise, it is deemed unqualified.
4. This test and inspection of the MOR of ordinary plywood provides effective reference for the standardized production of enterprises.
