This study is to develop a short term and highly accurate prediction method of renal carcinogenicity based on gene expression profile of rats administrated by carcinogens. We conducted 28 days-repeated dose experiments in male SD rats with potassium bromate, and the gene expression profiles of renal cortex were analyzed using custom microarrays.
本研究旨在开发一种基于经致癌物染毒大鼠基因表达谱(gene expression profile)的短期高精度肾脏致癌性预测方法。我们以溴酸钾(potassium bromate)对雄性SD大鼠开展28天重复剂量染毒实验,并采用定制化基因芯片(custom microarrays)分析了肾皮质的基因表达谱。
