对本公司生产的月饼进行抽样检测,检测项目月饼中铅含量,铅含量是其食品安全的重要指标,从而为月饼质量分析评价提供事实依据。1、样品来源:本项目抽检的月饼全部来源于公司出厂销售的产品。 2、数据检测:根据GB5009.12-2017第二法,对月饼进行检测获取相关数据。 3、数据判定:铅含量的计算:X=(ρ-ρ0)×V/(m×1000)。X为试样中铅的含量,mg/kg,ρ为试样溶液中铅的质量浓度,μg/L,ρ0为空白溶液中铅的质量浓度,μg/L,V为试样消化液的定容体积,mL;m为试样称样量,g,月饼中铅标准要求为≤0.5mg/kg,超过则判定该批次不合格。 4、数据应用:通过抽检数据分析研判,我们可以判断月饼中的铅含量是否符合安全标准,避免因产品本身的铅含量超标导致的食品安全问题。
This dataset is developed based on sampling inspection of mooncakes produced by our company, with the detection target being lead content in mooncakes. Lead content serves as a key indicator of food safety, providing factual evidence for the analysis and evaluation of mooncake quality. 1. Sample Source: All mooncakes sampled in this project are sourced from the products manufactured and sold by the company. 2. Data Detection: Relevant detection data is obtained by testing mooncakes in accordance with the Second Method specified in GB 5009.12-2017. 3. Data Judgment: The calculation formula for lead content is: $X = ( ho - ho_0) imes V / (m imes 1000)$. Herein, X represents the lead content in the test sample, with the unit of mg/kg; $ ho$ is the mass concentration of lead in the test sample solution, unit: μg/L; $ ho_0$ is the mass concentration of lead in the blank solution, unit: μg/L; V is the constant volume of the sample digestive solution, unit: mL; m is the sample weighing quantity, unit: g. The national standard limit for lead content in mooncakes is ≤0.5 mg/kg, and any batch exceeding this limit is judged as unqualified. 4. Data Application: By analyzing and evaluating the sampling inspection data, we can verify whether the lead content in mooncakes complies with food safety standards, thus avoiding food safety risks caused by excessive lead content in products.
