This dataset is a collection of unannotated tool images automatically collected in industrial production scenarios. It encompasses potential defect samples of multiple categories of industrial tools including electronic components, machinery tools, and textile equipment, with not explicitly annotated defects such as hidden scratches, micro-deformations, and material aging. As unlabeled data for semi-supervised learning, this dataset can be used to extract potential defect information via algorithms like clustering and feature mining, and collaboratively train defect detection models alongside labeled data to improve the model's recognition performance for subtle and rare defects.
