Leveraging "Internet Plus Civilization" as its core approach, this platform constructs the informatized management platform and sustainable operation system of the "National Happiness Points System" to further boost the total retail sales of consumer goods. It quantifies residents' civilized behaviors with happiness points, and takes such points as the basis for evaluating residents' level of civilization. The platform clarifies the complete system processes including "earning points", "deducting points", "spending points", "enjoying points" and "sharing points". Based on the National Happiness Points System, it builds a supporting point management platform centered on points and a redemption-focused point exchange mall platform.
