异步电动机轴承比压是轴承性能的重要参数之一,直接影响着其负荷承受能力、磨损和寿命、刚度等方面。考虑到轴承比压对轴承性能的重要影响,异步电动机轴承的设计和选型时需要对比压进行充分考虑,以保证轴承在工作过程中的性能和寿命。轴承径向比压是指轴承受的载荷与径向接触面积之比。1、数据采集:异步电动机轴承加工完成后,采用内径千分尺测定轴瓦内径,采用油标卡尺测定轴瓦宽度,采用载荷试验机测定单个轴承的径向工作载荷。2、数据处理:通过计算得到异步电动机轴承径向比压值:轴承径向比压(N/mm2)=轴承经向工作载荷(Kg)×10/(轴瓦直径(mm)×轴瓦有效宽度(mm))进行计算,得出轴承径向比压值。3、数据评价:参比异步电动机轴承径向比压标准,如果比压值≤2.5,则判定为合格;如果比压值>2.5,则判定为不合格。

Data Collection: After the asynchronous motor bearings are machined, the inner diameter of the bearing shells is measured using an inside micrometer, the width of the bearing shells is measured with a vernier caliper, and the radial working load of a single bearing is tested using a load testing machine. 2. Data Processing: The radial specific pressure value of the asynchronous motor bearing is calculated via the following formula: Radial specific pressure of bearing (N/mm²) = (Radial working load of bearing (Kg) × 10) / (Inner diameter of bearing shell (mm) × Effective width of bearing shell (mm)) The radial specific pressure value of the bearing is thus obtained. 3. Data Evaluation: Based on the radial specific pressure standard for asynchronous motor bearings, if the specific pressure value is ≤ 2.5, the bearing is judged as qualified; if the specific pressure value is > 2.5, the bearing is judged as unqualified.
