To examine the alteration of biological pathways in response to ADAM8-inactivation, an unbiased approach comparing the transcriptome of IVDs in the mutant and WT mice was used. Overall design: Messenger RNA was isolated from the Adam8EQ and wild type mouse IVDs, and bulk RNAseq was performed followed by transcriptomics data analysis.
