The purpose of this study was to identify the changes in gene expression that occur in TWNT-4 human hepatic stellate cells in response to depletion of mannose phosphate isomerase enzymatic activity. Overall design: Bulk RNA sequencing of TWNT-4 human hepatic stellate cells treated with a control vector or one that encodes an siRNA targeting MPI (siMPI). Biological replicates were included. *samples labled S7 and S9 are controls; S8 and S10 are MPI knockdown cells
