This study investigates transcriptomic changes occurring in PDPN+PDGFRa+ stromal cells from murine B16-OVA melanomas (MO5) when ADAM12+ mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) are depleted. Overall design: RNA sequencing was performed on PDPN+PDGFRa+ stromal cells isolated from MO5 melanomas that are WT (Samples C1-C3) or depleted of ADAM12+ cells (Samples D1-D3) in ADAM12-DTR mice.
