收藏资源简介:
Exosomal miRNAs exert a substantial impact on the process of tumorigenesis and exert effects on the composition and function of the tumor microenvironment. This study aimed to clarify the impact of colorectal cancer-derived exosomes on CCL7 secretion by cancer-associated fibroblasts and validate the role of the exosomal miRNA let-7d-5p. According to the present experiment, CCL7 mRNA reads in exosome-treated CAFs were lower than those in CAFs without exosome treatment, and relative expression of CCL7 in CAFs was decreased after exosome treatment. Furthermore, the expression of CCL7 in exosome-treated CAFs transfected with the exosomal miRNA let-7d-5p inhibitor was higher than that in exosome-treated CAFs without transfection. These findings provide evidence that exosomal miRNAs affect colorectal cancer tumorigenesis by influencing the tumor microenvironment.
