实时监测京杭大运河卫康码头区段的噪音数据,经过算法加工得到噪音指数数据。通过噪音指数数据,对京杭大运河航运噪音大小进行实时预警,指导京杭大运河航运系统合理安排航运时间和货船数量,保护周边生活的人群免受噪音污染的影响,为京杭大运河的数字化航运体系建设提供有效数据支撑。(1)数据采集:通过在线设备,每分钟实时测量获取京杭大运河东湖姚家埭区段噪音(A,单位:dB)数据; (2)数据处理:依据监测时间,将噪音数据所处时段分为昼间(6:00-18:00)和夜间(18:00-6:00)。昼间时,噪音指数计算方法:噪音指数=(噪音-70)/70;夜间时,噪音指数计算方法:噪音指数=(噪音-55)/55。 根据我国声环境质量标准(GB3096-2008)中的规定,内河航道昼间噪音不超过55dB,夜间不能超过77dB。噪音数据越接近于1,代表环境越安静。噪音指数监测的预警值为0。当噪音指数数据小于0时,则表示存在噪音污染,应立即采取降低噪音额度必要举措。 (3)数据应用:通过噪音指数数据,对京杭大运河航运噪音大小进行实时预警,指导京杭大运河航运系统合理安排航运时间和货船数量,保护周边生活的人群免受噪音污染的影响,为京杭大运河的数字化航运体系建设提供有效数据支撑。
This dataset is developed from real-time noise monitoring data collected at the Weikang Wharf Section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, with noise index data generated via algorithmic processing. Using the noise index data, real-time early warning for shipping noise levels on the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal can be implemented, to guide the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal shipping system in rationally arranging shipping schedules and cargo vessel quantities, protect surrounding residents from noise pollution, and provide effective data support for the construction of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal's digital shipping system. (1) Data Collection: A-weighted noise data (unit: dB) of the Yaojiadai Section of the East Lake of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is collected in real time at one-minute intervals via online monitoring devices. (2) Data Processing: First, the collected noise data is divided into two periods based on monitoring timestamps: daytime (6:00–18:00) and nighttime (18:00–6:00). For the daytime period, the noise index is calculated using the formula: Noise Index = (Noise – 70) / 70; for the nighttime period, the formula is: Noise Index = (Noise – 55) / 55. According to the Chinese Environmental Noise Quality Standard (GB3096-2008), the allowable maximum noise levels for inland waterways are 55 dB during daytime and 77 dB during nighttime. The closer the noise index is to 1, the quieter the surrounding environment becomes. The early warning threshold for noise index monitoring is set at 0. If the noise index is less than 0, it indicates that noise pollution has occurred, and immediate necessary measures to reduce noise should be taken. (3) Data Application: By leveraging the noise index data, real-time early warning for the shipping noise level of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is carried out, guiding the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal shipping system to reasonably arrange shipping schedules and cargo vessel quantities, protect surrounding residents from noise pollution, and provide effective data support for the construction of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal's digital shipping system.
