RNA-seq of human breast epithelial cells (MCF10A) seeded on substrates of different stiffness. Overall design: MCF10-A cells transduced with Empty vector of HER2-CA were transfected with siRNAs and replated after 24 hr on plastic or 0.5 kPa PAAm hydrogles. Samples were harvested 24 hr later.
