Patient-derived pancreatic cancer cells 79E cells stably transfected with empty vector or LPAR4 gene were treated with or without LPA for 2 hours, and then RNA was extracted from these cells for RNA-seq. Data here is RNA-Seq data (normalized counts for all genes).
