取本公司生产的天然阿魏酸炽灼，记录产品在初熔到完全灰化时的温度，最后进行炽灼残渣项下遗留的残渣称重，判断是否重金属超标，对生产车间生产该商品是否符合标准，对生产管理、产品安全起到预警作用。1、数据采集:数据为企业天然阿魏酸产品炽灼残渣含量安全标准的判定数据； 2、数据规范及处理:将采集后的数据进行规范化和处理，数据脱敏、去重、删除无效数据和空数据； 3、算法规则:：取公司生产的天然阿魏酸，按照标准程序SOP6-083《炽灼残渣测定操作规程》操作，在特地的温度中加热分解后，加硫酸湿润，再炽灼，使完全灰化，有机物分解挥发，取炽灼残渣项下遗留的残渣称重。残渣含量%={（C-A）/【（B-A）*（1-干失%）】}*100%（A--恒重后的空瓷坩埚质量（g）；B--加入样品后的瓷坩埚质量（g）；C--炽灼后样品和瓷坩埚质量（g））。结果若与标准中规定的一致不超过数值0.2，则符合规定。

After heating and decomposing at a specific temperature, moisten with sulfuric acid, then perform ignition to achieve complete ashing, allowing organic matter to decompose and volatilize. Weigh the residue left under the item of residue on ignition. The residue content % = {(C-A)/[(B-A)*(1 - loss on drying %)]} * 100% (A: mass of the empty porcelain crucible after constant weight, g; B: mass of the porcelain crucible after adding the sample, g; C: mass of the sample and porcelain crucible after ignition, g). If the result is consistent with the standard and does not exceed 0.2, the product complies with the regulations.
