Memory T cell receptor sequencing from human bone marrow and lymph nodes

The goal of this study was to profile human memory T cells isolated from lymphoid tissues including bone marrow and lymph nodes from organ donors. Here, we seek to understand tissue-specific features of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells including their clonal T cell repertoires. We conducted T cell receptor sequencing of memory T cells isolated from lymph nodes and bone marrow.
