TCR sequencing data from responders and progressors to cyclophosphamide chemotherapy

The difference in the TCR between responders and progressors to cyclophosphamide is unknown. Here we performed TCR sequencing on the RNA of tumors from mice bearing AB1-HA. Mice were catagorised as responders and non-responders. BALB/c mice bearing bilateral AB1-HA murine mesothelioma were treated 200 mg/kg cyclophosphamide. One tumor was surgically excised pre-treatment (one day prior to cyclophosphamide, day-1) or post-treatment (three or seven days after cyclophosphamide, day+3 or day+7) and RNAseq performed. The remaining tumor was used as a readout of response.n=5 for all groups. Groups are as follows: responder day -1, progressor day-1, responder day +3, progressor day+3, responder day +7, progressor day +7.
