该数据集可支撑高韧性金刚石砂轮生产线的自动化质量管控,通过训练机器视觉模型实现砂轮表面裂纹、颗粒脱落等缺陷的实时检测,构建 “生产 - 检测 - 剔除” 闭环;同时关联原料、工艺与检测数据建立质量评级模型,实现批次等级划分与问题溯源;还能基于性能指标预判砂轮使用寿命与精度衰减,为精密加工场景提供质量保障,提升检测效率、降低不良品率。
This dataset supports automated quality control for high-toughness diamond grinding wheel production lines. By training machine vision models to perform real-time detection of defects including surface cracks and particle shedding on grinding wheels, it establishes a closed-loop "production-detection-rejection" workflow. Meanwhile, by correlating raw material, process and inspection data, it builds a quality rating model to enable batch grade classification and problem traceability. Additionally, it can predict the service life and precision attenuation of grinding wheels based on performance indicators, providing quality assurance for precision machining scenarios, improving detection efficiency and reducing the defective product rate.
