本数据集基于《公安部刑事案件管辖分工规定》等法律法规，围绕公安食药环侦部门管辖的38项罪名构建，涵盖生产销售伪劣商品、侵犯知识产权、危害公共卫生和破坏环境资源四大类犯罪。每项罪名均包含标题、分类、范围、场景、示例及“条件”字段中的多种近义表达，结构清晰、内容全面。This dataset is developed based on laws and regulations including the *Regulations on the Division of Jurisdiction over Criminal Cases of the Ministry of Public Security*. It is constructed around 38 types of crimes under the jurisdiction of the public security food, drug, environmental and ecological crime investigation departments, covering four major categories of criminal offenses: producing and selling counterfeit or substandard goods, infringing intellectual property rights, endangering public health, and destroying environmental resources. Each crime entry contains a title, category, scope, scenario, examples, as well as multiple synonymous expressions in the "conditions" field, with a clear structure and comprehensive content.
