It covers key production metrics including date, production line name, process name, equipment name, equipment model, theoretical processing speed, planned load time, actual load time, downtime, total processed products, and defective product quantity. The primary objectives of this dataset are to analyze the Time Availability Rate, Performance Efficiency Rate, Qualified Product Rate, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the PM450 stamping press, provide data support for its stable operation, and enhance its production efficiency on the premise of ensuring stable operation.
The product processing data of the PM450 stamping press has dual application scenarios: firstly, it can be used internally by the enterprise to optimize the operating equipment of the annular workpiece production line and provide guidance for equipment procurement; secondly, it can help relevant enterprises in home appliances, automotive, building materials and other industries gain in-depth insights into the operating characteristics of the PM450 stamping press, providing reference value for their own equipment procurement work.
The algorithm framework of this dataset includes the following three aspects:
