隧道掘进装备远程智能运维服务系统集成数据集

中铁装备于2020年~2023年期间对隧道掘进装备郑州地铁12号线和深圳城大城际线进行隧道掘进装备的实时监控、运维、施工，数据进行统计、分析和应用产生设备生产历史数据。平均每台设备包含300个点位传感器、点位数据，采集频率为1Hz。数据量156MB。China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (CREEC) conducted real-time monitoring, operation and maintenance, and construction operations for tunnel boring machines (TBMs) used on Zhengzhou Metro Line 12 and Shenzhen-Chengda Intercity Railway from 2020 to 2023. The collected relevant data was then subjected to statistical analysis, data processing and application, generating historical equipment production datasets. Each TBM is equipped with approximately 300 sensor points and corresponding point data, with a sampling frequency of 1 Hz. The total size of the dataset is 156 MB.
