针对大型风电叶片高效、低载的设计需求,对风电叶片开展气弹数值模拟。数据来源于课题1开发的多级气动-结构耦合静/动态模拟分析软件的仿真结果。该软件包含3种气动模块:BEM、自由涡尾迹和CFD;3种结构模块:欧拉梁、几何精确梁和三维有限元。模拟结果主要包括叶片气动力、计算残差、叶片变形和流场等数值仿真数据。从全部时间段的气动力数据中取出稳定的气动力数据,用于结果分析。取气动力稳定的时间段的流场用于分析流场特征。数据量约2GB。
To meet the design requirements of high efficiency and low loading for large-scale wind turbine blades, aeroelastic numerical simulations are performed. The simulation data is sourced from the multi-level aerodynamic-structural coupling static/dynamic simulation and analysis software developed in Project 1. This software includes three aerodynamic modules: BEM, Free Vortex Wake, and CFD, as well as three structural modules: Euler beam, geometrically exact beam, and three-dimensional finite element. The simulation results primarily cover numerical simulation data such as blade aerodynamic forces, computational residuals, blade deformations, and flow fields. Stable aerodynamic force data is extracted from the full-time-span aerodynamic force datasets for result analysis, while flow fields corresponding to the time periods with stable aerodynamic forces are selected for flow field characteristic analysis. The total data volume is approximately 2 GB.
