大型中速永磁风电机组的现场试验验证数据集

本数据集主要面向课题五“2021YFB1506905 大功率中速永磁风电机组示范工程”中基于大型中速永磁风电机组的现场试验验证体系构建和基于样机测试数据的中速永磁风电机组性能评价方法研究,在新疆树立 8.2MW 中速永磁风电机组样机开展示范应用,并面向型式认证 和性能优化两方面需求同步开展现场试验测试。该数据集基于通过在新疆乌鲁木齐达坂城风电场F69#(GWH175-8.2MW)示范机组部署测试设备为Campbell采集器、工业计算机、PLC模块、功率采集设备、测风塔及其气象传感器等,通过相关的通信协议将数据传输至主采集系统平台并存储。记录采集样机测试数据,通过功率、电流、电压、转速、桨距角、偏航位置、振动加速度、风速、风向、温湿度、气压、叶片弯矩和扭矩、主轴弯矩和扭矩、塔架塔顶弯矩和扭矩及塔底弯矩等数据采集,数据量有32GB,并依据IEC61400标准开展数据分析工作,对风电机组整机性能评估和获取整机型式认证。
This dataset is developed for Project 5 "2021YFB1506905 Demonstration Project of High-Power Medium-Speed Permanent Magnet Wind Turbines", focusing on the construction of on-site test verification system for large-scale medium-speed permanent magnet wind turbines and the research on performance evaluation methods of such turbines based on prototype test data. An 8.2MW medium-speed permanent magnet wind turbine prototype has been deployed and put into demonstration application in Xinjiang, with on-site test and measurement conducted synchronously to meet the demands of both type certification and performance optimization. The dataset is established by deploying test equipment including Campbell data collectors, industrial computers, PLC modules, power collection devices, wind measurement towers and their meteorological sensors on the GWH175-8.2MW demonstration unit of F69# Wind Farm in Dabancheng, Urumqi, Xinjiang. Data is transmitted to the main collection system platform via relevant communication protocols for storage. The collected prototype test data covers parameters such as power, current, voltage, rotational speed, pitch angle, yaw position, vibration acceleration, wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity, air pressure, blade bending moment and torque, main shaft bending moment and torque, tower top bending moment and torque, as well as tower bottom bending moment, with a total data volume of 32GB. Data analysis is carried out in accordance with the IEC 61400 standard to evaluate the overall performance of the wind turbine unit and obtain its type certification.
