,需要满足银行对于数据安全和业务风控两方面的需求。一是保护用户隐私,满足数据在存储、传输、清洗、应用等全生命周期的安全可靠;二是进一步探索技术创新推动供应链金融贷前、贷中、贷后各阶段风险把控的应用落地。具体方案由以下几个部分构成: 1、利用区块链技术,实现相关产融数据的实时上链存储,避免数据的重复传输,并且对链上数据进行分权治理,明确对数据所有权、使用权和查询权进行“三权分立”,并写入智能合约,确保数据权限在业务生态的透明性,保障用户隐私安全。 2、基于区块链的不可篡改、分布式存储等技术特性,充分解决数据中心化存储过程中的不可靠与不可信的问题。在不同利益主体之间发生业务往来时,业务的发起和执行由智能合约执行,并通过交叉验证的方式,保证业务经过多方共识或审核,增加其可信性。 系统、平台、联盟链兼基于区块链微节点实现双方之间的高效可信对接,满足双方数据资产可靠共享的需求,未来基于链上数据的安全存储和链上数据“可用不可见”,可以实现用户经营画像、企业数据分析、企业信用风险评估、企业经营状况分析、企业履约能力评估、供应链金融风险控制等场景的落地。
This solution is designed to address two core requirements of banks: data security and business risk management. The first requirement is to protect user privacy, ensuring the safety and reliability of data throughout its full lifecycle, including storage, transmission, cleaning, and application. The second is to further explore technological innovations to promote the practical deployment of risk control across the pre-loan, in-loan, and post-loan stages of supply chain finance. 1. By leveraging blockchain technology, it enables real-time on-chain storage of relevant industrial and financial data, eliminating redundant data transmission. Additionally, it implements decentralized governance for on-chain data, clarifies the "separation of three rights" for data ownership, usage right, and query right, and encodes these rules into smart contracts. This ensures the transparency of data permissions within the business ecosystem and effectively safeguards user privacy. 2. Leveraging the technical features of blockchain such as immutability and distributed storage, it fully resolves the issues of unreliability and untrustworthiness inherent in centralized data storage. When business transactions take place between different stakeholders, the initiation and execution of the business are handled via smart contracts, and cross-validation is adopted to confirm that the business has obtained multi-party consensus or undergone review, thereby enhancing its credibility. The system, platform, and consortium blockchain realize efficient and trusted docking between both parties based on blockchain micro-nodes, meeting the demand for reliable sharing of data assets between the two sides. In the future, relying on the secure storage of on-chain data and the "usable but not visible" characteristic of on-chain data, it can enable the practical implementation of multiple scenarios including user operation portraits, enterprise data analysis, enterprise credit risk assessment, enterprise operating status analysis, enterprise contract fulfillment capability assessment, and supply chain finance risk control.
