构建用户侧储能建议容量测算模型,根据历史用电量数据,测算储能接入适宜容量;根据用户用电负荷特性,深度挖掘用户可安装储能的潜力。以每月用电数据作为样本,剔除异常数据后计算出每个采样点的平均值,对平均值进行分析,应用函数型非参数回归模型来得到用户的典型日负荷曲线。将得到的典型日负荷数据接下来代入到储能建议容量测算模型中,并加入约束条件:保证消能力、确保不超容并不引起需量用户的最大需量增加,得到储能容量和功率的最优解,再灵活增加部分接入容量空间,尽可能按用户储能接入潜力最大化考虑,最后输出储能建议容量。
We construct a customer-side energy storage recommended capacity calculation model to estimate the appropriate access capacity of energy storage based on historical electricity consumption data, and deeply tap the potential of users to install energy storage according to their electricity load characteristics. First, take monthly electricity consumption data as samples, remove abnormal data, calculate the average value of each sampling point, analyze these averages, and apply the functional non-parametric regression model to obtain the user's typical daily load curve. Subsequently, substitute the obtained typical daily load data into the energy storage recommended capacity calculation model, and add constraint conditions: ensure the power absorption capacity, avoid overcapacity, and prevent an increase in the maximum demand of demand-side users, so as to derive the optimal solution for energy storage capacity and power. Then, flexibly add some additional access capacity margin, prioritize maximizing the user's energy storage access potential, and finally output the recommended energy storage capacity.
