检测样本送检的及时性是衡量第三方医学检测机构检测服务质量的重要指标。通过收集一定时间范围内各家送检单位以及各类送检样本的物流数据,并对其进行分析,对送检不及时、有明显延误的样本类型进行识别和预警,发现哪一类或哪几类样本在送检方面存在送检不及时的问题,以便第三方检测机构可以针对性地提高送检时效,并预防因送检延误导致的样本失效,确保送检样本的及时性,从而提高检测服务质量、节省反复采集的成本。1、数据处理:对采集到的数据进行脱敏、分析。2、数据加工:①统计出各送检单位的综合月按时样本个数、月超时样本数、月总样本数,以及统计出各送检单位的各类样本分别的月按时样本个数、月超时样本数、月总样本数,样本共5类,包括全血、血浆、血清、末梢血和尿液;②计算:该送检单位的综合超时率=该送检单位的综合月超时样本个数/该送检单位的综合月总样本数,和每个送检单位的同类样本的超时率=该送检单位同类样本的月超时样本个数/该送检单位同类样本的月总样本个数(如:a送检单位全血样本的超时率=a送检单位全血样本的月超时样本个数/a送检单位全血样本的月总样本个数,其他种类的样本以此类推);③计算:所有送检单位综合超时率的平均值=AVERAGE(各送检单位的综合超时率),和所有送检单位各类样本超时率的平均值=AVERAGE(每个送检单位的某类样本的超时率);④将送检单位的综合超时率与所有送检单位综合超时率的平均值、每个送检单位的同类样本的超时率与所有送检单位各类样本超时率的平均值进行比较,如果小于平均值,则标记“正常”,否则标记“预警”,从而发现哪些单位(样本)在送检方面存在的问题,并进行针对性的改进。

The timeliness of sample submission serves as a critical metric for evaluating the service quality of third-party medical testing laboratories. By collecting and analyzing logistics data pertaining to various sample submitting institutions and different types of submitted samples within a defined time frame, this work aims to identify and issue early warnings for sample types with significant submission delays, and pinpoint which sample type(s) suffer from inadequate submission timeliness. This enables third-party testing institutions to proactively improve submission efficiency, prevent sample degradation or failure caused by delayed submission, ensure the timeliness of submitted samples, thereby enhancing the overall quality of testing services and reducing costs associated with repeated sample collection. 1. Data Processing: Conduct data desensitization and analysis on the acquired dataset. 2. Data Enrichment & Calculation: ① Calculate the comprehensive monthly on-time sample count, monthly overdue sample count and monthly total sample count for each submitting institution, as well as the monthly on-time, overdue and total sample counts for each of the 5 sample types (whole blood, plasma, serum, capillary blood, urine) for each submitting institution. ② Calculate the comprehensive overdue rate for a submitting institution as: (monthly overdue sample count of the institution) / (monthly total sample count of the institution); and the overdue rate for a specific sample type of a submitting institution as: (monthly overdue sample count of that sample type for the institution) / (monthly total sample count of that sample type for the institution). For example: the overdue rate of whole blood samples for submitting institution a = (monthly overdue whole blood sample count of institution a) / (monthly total whole blood sample count of institution a), and the same formula applies to other sample types. ③ Calculate the average comprehensive overdue rate across all submitting institutions using the AVERAGE function over the comprehensive overdue rates of each institution, and the average overdue rate for each sample type across all submitting institutions using the AVERAGE function over the overdue rates of that sample type for each institution. ④ Compare the comprehensive overdue rate of each submitting institution against the average comprehensive overdue rate across all institutions, and compare the overdue rate of each sample type of each submitting institution against the average overdue rate of that sample type across all institutions. Mark the result as "Normal" if the rate is lower than the corresponding average, otherwise mark it as "Warning". This allows identifying problematic institutions or sample types and implementing targeted improvements.
