BIM Component Database, which is designed to guide modeling, model review and data management, realizes comprehensive management of information including model structure, classification codes, component naming, modeling accuracy, modeling methods and quantity-output attributes. It lays a solid foundation for the full-stage, full-discipline and whole-process application of BIM models, and serves as a prerequisite for building the digital twin foundation of engineering projects. The database covers more than 30 specialties, over 200 sub-specialties and 40,000+ component types, spanning industries such as civil aviation, municipal engineering and energy.
