Engineered hypercompact Fanzor-ωRNA system with enhanced geneome editing activity

This dataset contains the original fluorescence microscopy images related to Figure S7A of the study. It includes EGFP and mCherry fluorescence images of HEK293T cells transfected with SpuFz1 V3 and either non-target or target sgRNAs. EGFP signals indicate successful genome editing via GFxxFP reconstitution, while mCherry serves as a transfection control. These images were acquired 48 hours post-transfection and demonstrate the editing activity of SpuFz1 V3.
