Samples of Galaxea fascicularis (voucher no. 467) were collected from Hainan island, China. Total genomic DNA was extracted and paired-end genomic library was constructed by using Illumina TruSeq DNA PCR-Free Library Preparation Kits and then performed next generation sequencing by Miseq platform (2X300bp).
