Whole-genome sequencing of wheat with different rye B chromosome variants and different Aegilops speltoides with B chromosomes

To investigate the non-Mendelian behavior of rye and Aegilops B chromosomes, we conducted whole-genome sequencing on wheat lines carrying various rye B chromosome variants, as well as on different Aegilops speltoides genotypes harboring B chromosomes. Sequencing was performed using the BGI DNBSEQ-T7 platform with 150 bp paired-end reads (PE150), generating approximately 30 Gb of clean data per sample.
