本数据集为滚动轴承热-润滑-动力耦合分析与高温服役特性研究数据集,基于多物理场数值仿真与实验验证相结合的方法构建。数据采集过程中,依托热-润滑-动力一体化分析模型,在不同载荷、转速及环境温度条件下,对轴承各部件的力、热及润滑状态进行全场计算与提取。数据集内容包括静力载荷与动态载荷中间结果、节点稳态与瞬态温度场、摩擦功耗分布、油膜厚度及摩擦系数、滚子离心力、接触功耗、保持架作用力与功耗等关键特征量,系统反映了轴承在复杂工况下的多场耦合响应特性。数据结构清晰、参数完备,可为滚动轴承热-力耦合机理分析、寿命预测及高温工况下润滑失效研究提供重要的模型验证与对比参考。

This dataset is dedicated to the research on thermal-lubrication-dynamic coupling analysis and high-temperature service characteristics of rolling bearings, and is constructed via the combination of multi-physics numerical simulation and experimental verification. During data collection, the integrated thermal-lubrication-dynamic analysis model was employed to perform full-field calculation and extraction of the force, thermal and lubrication states of each bearing component under various loads, rotational speeds and ambient temperatures. The dataset covers key characteristic quantities including intermediate results of static and dynamic loads, steady-state and transient temperature fields of nodes, friction power dissipation distribution, oil film thickness and friction coefficient, centrifugal force of rollers, contact power dissipation, forces and power dissipation of the cage, etc., which systematically reflects the multi-field coupling response characteristics of bearings under complex working conditions. With clear data structure and complete parameters, this dataset can provide important model verification and comparative reference for the analysis of thermal-mechanical coupling mechanism of rolling bearings, life prediction and research on lubrication failure under high-temperature working conditions.
