Dataset Content of Decoupled Drying Pretreatment for Municipal Sewage Sludge: Data covering kinetic analysis of the decoupled drying and carbonization process of municipal sludge, multi-component volatile off-gas emission, heavy metal migration and transformation, and product analysis; design and physical prototype of the pilot-scale test bench for high-temperature flue gas drying and carbonization of sludge, as well as energy consumption analysis data for the high-temperature flue gas drying and carbonization process. By constructing a macro-thermogravimetric test bench, kinetic analysis of the sludge drying and carbonization process was conducted, and the release rules of multi-component volatile off-gas, migration and transformation rules of heavy metals, and product analysis during the drying and carbonization process were investigated. A pilot-scale test bench for high-temperature flue gas drying and carbonization of sludge was built to explore the operating parameters of sludge decoupled drying pretreatment, analyze the drying and carbonization products, and investigate the energy consumption of sludge decoupled drying and carbonization.
