Transcriptome analyses of pdr5Dyor1D mutant in yeasts

ATP-binding cassette transporters Pdr5 and Yor1 from Saccharomyces cerevisiae control the asymmetric distribution of phospholipids across the plasma membrane as well as serving as ATP-dependent drug efflux pumps来自酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）的ATP结合盒转运蛋白（ATP-binding cassette transporters）Pdr5与Yor1，既可调控磷脂在质膜两侧的不对称分布，同时也可作为ATP依赖性药物外排泵发挥功能。
