数据集针对铜冶炼高砷中间物料砷富集比高、环境危害重、多外售或固化处理等问题,对烟灰及黑铜泥进行了强化浸出技术研究,在工艺矿物学、热力学研究的基础上,进行了单段及两段浸出工艺研究,提高铜砷的浸出率,实现铜砷锌镉与铅铋的有效分离,铜砷浸出率均可达到95%以上。包括XRD图、电子显微照片、化学分析、热力学分析等内容。数据量约14.3MB。
This dataset addresses the problems of high arsenic enrichment ratio, severe environmental hazards, and most materials being externally sold or treated via solidification for high-arsenic intermediate materials from copper smelting. Enhanced leaching technology research was conducted on flue dust and black copper mud. Based on the studies of process mineralogy and thermodynamics, single-stage and two-stage leaching processes were investigated, which improved the leaching rates of copper and arsenic, and realized effective separation of copper, arsenic, zinc and cadmium from lead and bismuth. The leaching rates of both copper and arsenic can reach over 95%. The dataset includes XRD patterns, electron micrographs, chemical analyses, thermodynamic analyses and other related contents, with a total data volume of approximately 14.3 MB.
